That's what's so weird! The photos are generally for brand new, giant apartment complexes with pool, gym, garage, internet cafe. (It's definitely the style in this city). So the apartments are probably not falling apart. I suspect the owner just thinks I care more about a pool that kitchen counter space. o_O

...or the apartments have no windows. I would also believe that. XD
