If you're a Naruto fan on livejournal, you need to be open to either Kakashi/Sakura or Kakashi/Iruka, because these are the two active Naruto comms. On that note, here is some KakaSaku Reverse Bang art! Later, there will be KakaIru as I have just successfully signed up for that fest. There is a common theme here, and his name is Kakashi. :)

My main ship is Naruto/Sasuke but luckily I love Kakashi/Iruka too! Wait, I lie. My main ship is Iruka-Naruto family!

If you did want to read a Kakashi/Sakura story, the best stories are probably House of Crows or Duty Before Honor or The Window by Silvershine (though you have to get past the startling way the third one begins).
All three are epic length, really stunningly well-plotted stories with fantastic Naruto world-building. They're uncomfortable to read because SilverShine writes the pairing very recognizably as what it is -- a 30 year old man and a teenage girl who was his student when she was 11, but she doesn't pull her punches and she brings the consequences like nobody's business. I am definitely glad I read them.
This is the same author who wrote the brilliant story about Naruto's parents that I recommended here.
