This was a totally brilliant suggestion by lillian13. And I love the big picture. Making icons from this that were recognizable as, like, people with faces, was awful. Looking at you, Methos. Thanks for nothing.





Sidney Crosby really likes hockey. It's srs bsns.



Fandom tells me he also likes Geno. The whole time I was drawing these I was torn between what detail looked good big and what would do well at icon size. Hence the really simple features here. I also kept wanting to come back and fix Geno's giant head... but he kind of does have a giant head? So I've made my peace.



I am pretty certain these are characters in a TV show. Also, you can tell which picture from this primer I decided made a good reference. Also there was something about chiseled men being bruised and bloody, but she could have been lying.


Everytime I set out to make chibi icons, I'm always frustrated by how slow I am. Self, I say, all anybody really needs from a chibi icon is a bust of their character looking chibi! Just draw a head and shoulders and some cute eyes! Then move on! Then I inevitably start drawing Natasha crouching and looking pensive for no reason. The icon turned out though (into a bust, self!!! Remember what I said?!).



Several people asked for Moon and Chime or Raksura, but I was at a loss until snarkydame suggested Chime or Stone giving Moon the side-eye for breaking protocol again. Which gave me this image so clearly that it probably was the fastest of all the images as far as drawing, and Chime cracks me up every time I look at him.



I have no idea who this is, except someone from Parks and Rec, but as soon as runpunkrun linked me to the waffle pictures, I knew it was within my skill area. Like, dorky waffle eating -- this is so me.
